Brown v. Board of Education NHP

Brown v. Board of Education National Historical Park was established in Topeka, Kansas, to commemorate the landmark 1954 U.S. Supreme Court case that ended racial segregation in public schools. The unanimous decision stated that "separate educational facilities are inherently unequal" and, as such, violated the 14th Amendment's guarantee of equal protection under the law.
